Park Models are homes under 400 square feet that are built on a chassis with wheels. They are factory built following ANSI and/or RVIA requirements. Park Model homes, although considered recreational vehicles, are primarily designed for long-term or permanent placement at a destination where an RV or mobile home is allowed. Park Models are sometimes referred to as “Tiny Homes”, but build standards may differ, depending on local and state regulations. In some states, there are larger Park Models options that are up to 500 square feet and are built to HUD standards. Contact your local Sales Office to find out which options are available in your area.

Every purchase is different and depends on factors such as financing, where your Park Model RV will be placed, any customization options you choose, and your location. The process can take as little as a few weeks, depending on how quickly each step is completed. You can also contact your local Sales Center to ask about in-stock models that may be available for immediate purchase, which could shorten your wait time.

No. Our Sales Centers focus on offering new Park Model RVs built directly by the manufacturer.

Yes. Many of our Park Model RVs are available with residential-style drywall featuring full tape and texture finishes.
